Happy Easter!

We had a great Easter!  The Easter Bunny hid the kids' baskets in their bathtub- silly rabbit!

Gary finished building the kids' new playset just in time for Easter- it was a huge hit!

It was a bit more like Christmas than Easter around here because both sets of grandparents got the kids Easter baskets!

House Love!

We just got our new fence installed so our front yard is basically done!  I posted a bunch of photos on my house blog, but here is one...

We did our annual Easter Egg Hunt and potluck on Sunday...one of my favorite activities of the year!

Beach Day!

It was supposed to get up to 91 degrees on Tuesday so Megan and I decided to take the kids to the beach.  It was so much fun, and the kids had an absolute blast!!  Perfect day...

It was the first time I've ever taken the kids to the beach myself, and this will definitely be a regular summer playdate event!

No Sit!

Ella was so excited to have dinner with her old friend, Brett, who she doesn't get to see much anymore because he switched schools. :(

We had mom's night at school...

Where they have a "hair salon".  But since I had just washed and curled my hair that night and didn't want to do it again before work the next day, I selflessly offered Devon's hair for both Ella and Kaitlyn to work on! ;)

While the orange room mama's had a girl's night out at Roy's, some of the dads took the kids out to dinner...alone!

And another example of my husband's maturity level...Everett has been wanting Rylee off the couch so he's been saying, "Rylee, no sit!!!".  Hooooowever, Everett's 's' tends to sound like 'sh'.  Keep in mind that while this video was taped in the car, Gary made sure that Everett screamed this all throughout Target.  Help me.
