Photo Drop- Pics from Friends
Fun times with Mason (one of Ella's besties)...
We went to dinner at our good friends' house this weekend, and Ella absolutely ADORES their girls- she is giddy around them! And they are such sweet girls that they are a good influence on her! ;)
This is an awful photo, but do you see how happy she is?!

Irvine Regional Park
We had SO much fun at Irvine Regional Park this morning! Except that my kid who never cries decided that he hates pumpkins? Or photos? Or hay? I blame Christian.
Three little piggies...
Ella and Jack's first date...cutest thing ever (Jack was really driving, and he did great!)...
Ella's favorite thing at the park...pony rides!
Goodbye!

Halloween Party
The only photo I could get of Ella standing up because every time I stood in front of her with the camera, she ran away...
This is not her Halloween costume- she decided she wanted to dress as Snow White today, and since it was too hot for Everett to be dressed up as a lamb, it worked out better to keep her Little Bo Peep/Mary had a Little Lamb (or Little Miss Muffet if you ask her) costume clean for TOTing!
Crafts with Jack...
Ella refused to stand, and Jack refused to sit so this is the best I could do of all four of them!
Completely unrelated, but has anyone seen a bathroom with one of these? BEST.INVENTION.EVER. Especially when you have a potty trained toddler AND the baby with you...have you ever tried to get a seat cover on the toilet, lift your 3 year old onto the seat AND hold a baby? Impossible.

Ella's 3 Year Stats
Height: 38-3/4" (75th percentile)
Weight: 32 lbs. (50th percentile)
I am doing "Life Binders" for each child, and starting when they are 3, I am asking them the same 20 questions on the day of their birthday. Here are Ella's responses...
Now at 3, it isn't very accurate since she changes her answers to questions daily...hourly even. Like this week, green has been her favorite color. I think the 4 year old responses will be more definitive!

Fun Fall Weekend
(and I use the term "fall" loosely since it was back in the 80's again by Sunday and is supposed to be in the 90's this week...I HATE it!)
Everett had a date with Avery on Saturday night at Great Maple, which was delicious!
The next day, Ella had a SUPER fun playdate with Olivia, Sydney, Grace, Cami, Paige, Sophie and Ethan...
This is one of my favorite photos ever...Ella LOVES her godsisters!!!!
The kids had so much fun!
After naps we went to our neighborhood Halloween festival and pumpkin patch with Jack and Gavin, but we couldn't get a good photo!
Ella and Jack loved the cotton candy...
We picked some good pumpkins!

As you can see, Ella was the chaperone

Rainy Day
Our plan was to go to the zoo today, but it started raining! So instead, we went to the mall (which means that the entire ride to the mall was one big whine session..."but I want to go to the zoo! I want to see the animals! I'm sad!"). Nevertheless, Ella and Mason still had fun...
Even Everett got in the game...
Ryan joined us for lunch!

Ella is THREE!
My little 4 pound preemie turned 3 today! We went to Disneyland to celebrate. We headed straight to It's a Small World as soon as we arrived...
We went on Pirates of the Caribbean next, and Ella cried a little bit after the first dip...oops, hopefully we didn't traumatize her! She seemed fine after the ride.
We went to lunch at Club 33, which I'm sure you are aware, is a very nice restaurant...probably not the the type of place where your 3 year old should run at full speed into the room and YELL, "I went poo poo mommy!" Oy. At least everyone in the room laughed (probably at me, not with me!). ;)
Next up, Alice in Wonderland...
Everett feel asleep in the stroller right after lunch so we walked around Toon Town, which Ella was not interested in at all (keep in mind, my kid does not like tv and is not very into characters- I know, weird). I tried to get her to go into Mickey or Minnie's houses, but all she cared about was getting some ice cream!
After ice cream we waited in the ridiculous line for The Jungle Cruise...um, did anyone else know that there is an UPSTAIRS part of the line for that ride??!! I didn't because (a) I have never in my life seen such a long wait for that ride, and (b) I would never wait in a line that long for such a dumb ride, but they tricked us because you can't see that the line goes upstairs and turns into a rat maze!
By this point, it was late afternoon, and we were pretty over D-Land so we headed to California Adventure so we could check out Cars Land. I know nothing about cars given that my boy is too young to be into that, but it is so cute!
Ella really really liked this ride (I have no idea what it's called!)...
The BEST ride of the day by far was the Ariel Little Mermaid ride- it was SOOOOOO cute! Ella loved it, and so did my mom and I. I'm just upset we've never gone on it before!
And finally, we told Ella she could pick ANYTHING at Disneyland for her birthday gift. Anything. This is what she chose...

My girl is a cheap date!!!!!
On Sunday, we had a family brunch to celebrate Ella's birthday- it was so fun to have all the fam over! Ella misses her cousins so it was great to get together...just look at this adorable bunch!
