I'm Dying Laughing...

We got Ella's school photos back today...every time I look at them I crack up.  She looks P*SSED!!  I love how they totally got her to pose but could not get a smile.  And you know they were doing everything they could to get her to smile.
Please excuse the big white part at the top of the photo...I don't know how to use our scanner.

My First Baby

Since poor Rylee barely gets attention anymore, she has taken to cuddling with Raggedy Andy. :)

Ballet

Ella had her first ballet class today with her friend- it did not go well.  They won't let the parents go in the room (there is two-way glass that the parents watch through), and that did NOT fly.  So I had to go in with her, and then she wouldn't get off my lap!  Her friend marched right in and participated without her mom, but Ella wasn't having it.  I was so sad!  Of course, right after class she was right back to her old self, and she even said she wants to go back next week so I don't know what to do.  Do I pay for a class that she might not participate in (including the recital costume, which is not cheap, and it's SIX months away!)?  I think she'll warm up eventually, but how long will it take?!

The two little ballerinas (or one ballerina and one ballet observer!)...

Zoo Day!

Today Ella went to the zoo for the first time with Mason and Reese.  She watched the ducks swim...

She hatched out of an egg...

She rode the carousel and the train...

And stopped for a photo op with her friends and Everett!

Do you love this one...Reese and Mason are looking at each other like, "what is this fool doing?"

8 Weeks Old

Everett is 8 weeks old today (but only 2 weeks old adjusted).  He's still eating 60-70ml every 2.5-3 hours during the day.  At night, we feed him around 10:30 p.m., and he wakes up again around 3-4 a.m.  If we could just get him to go 2-3 more hours at night, it would be perfect!  He can still wear newborn sleepers, and we just started putting him in size 1 diapers, although they are huge.  He loves looking at you and making eye contact, but we're still waiting for that first smile!  He tracks really well, and he especially looks to find Gary or I when he hears our voices.

He likes to relax with funny hand positions. :)

Designer Bags for Sale- Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Mia Bossi

I'm selling some of my bags so I thought I'd post them here in case anyone is interested!  If I know you, you can come over, otherwise, I'll ship priority mail + insurance.  I have some more LV that I'm selling, but I don't have photos yet, but so far...

Louis Vuitton Petit Bucket bag (Monogram Canvas)
This bag is in good condition- you can see the various minor places of wear and tear/staining in the photos.  I purchased it at the Louis Vuitton store in Las Vegas so I can assure you it is authentic!  This bag sells new for $1,210.00.  I am selling it for $450.00 (little makeup bag not included).  I have the original dustcover, which I will include with the bag, as well as the original tag (shown in photos).

Gucci Monogram GG "Jackie O" Hobo bag and/or Matching Wallet
I purchased this bag and wallet at the Gucci store at South Coast Plaza- it is authentic!  It is my understanding that they no longer carry this adorable bag, but the "New Jackie" handbag sells for $1995-$2,150.  I am selling the bag for $250 and the wallet for $100, however, if you purchase them both together, I will sell them both for $275!!!  I have the original dustcover, which is included.

I also think I'm going to be selling my Mia Bossi Lyndsey diaper bag, which you can see HERE. I haven't taken photos of it yet, but it's in really good condition, as I hardly use it. I think I'll be selling it for $100.

This is HARD!

PhotobucketPhotobucketPhotobucket
Remember I said having two kids wasn't too difficult?  Well it is.  It's all about having two *needy* kids at once.  In the last week, Ella, the most UN-needy kid I've ever met has become super needy.  I guess she is finally reacting to Everett, and instead of jealousy, she has become needy.  She wants me to hold her all.the.time. while we're at home.  And if I'm feeding Everett, she tries to sit on my lap with him.  It's very overwhelming when Everett is crying for milk, Ella is yelling "hold me mommy!" and I'm trying to cook my quinoa fried rice for dinner all at the same time!  I'm kind of loving all the extra hugs and cuddles though. :)

I'm really savoring this newborn time since it's my last, but I have to admit, I can't wait for Everett to be able to sit up and be a little more independent!  Still, I can't resist this newborn face!!!

By the way, don't ever try to go to Ikea by yourself with a baby. Especially if you have 8 million things to buy. Seriously. Don't.
That's Everett behind the 12 baskets, four storage boxes, paper organizer and rug.

Craft Day!

I finally had a chance today to catch up on a few projects I've been wanting to get done...

Ella's Valentine's Day shirt

These silhouettes for Ella's big girl room (the lighting didn't allow good photos, but you get the gist)

Ella's doll bed...it's THIS Ikea bed.  I just covered the blah blue "mattress" and pillow that it came with with white fabric (and a bit of extra padding in the mattress to make it more mattress-like) and made a comforter with leftover pink striped fabric...
